Abstract:

Tato práce v teoretické části představuje mentální postižení, člověka s mentálním postižením a způsoby jeho podpory v oblasti vzdělávání, zaměstnávání a sociální. Je charakterizována sexualita člověka a význam sexuální výchovy, pohled je zaměřen na tuto tematiku ve vztahu k člověku s mentálním postižením, je pojednáno o sexuálním zneužívání a o přístupu k otázkám partnerství, manželství a rodičovství člověka s mentálním postižením. Jsou zde prezentovány přístupy k sexualitě lidí s mentálním postižením v prostředí sociálních služeb, pozornost je věnována protokolu o sexualitě a vztazích, vzdělávání pracovníků i uživatelů v oblasti sexuality i negativním přístupům k sexualitě lidí s mentálním postižením. Výzkumné šetření bylo zaměřeno na zjištění přístupů pracovníků k sexualitě lidí s mentálním postižením v sociální službě denní stacionář. Výzkumné šetření proběhlo v denních stacionářích na území Plzeňského kraje, výzkumnými metodami byly dotazník, rozhovor a analýza dokumentů.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of this thesis introduces the phenomenon of learning disability, persons with learning disabilities, and methods of support of persons with learning disabilities in the area of education, employment, and social relations. Characteristics of human sexuality and significance of sexual education are outlined, with emphasis on this issue in respect to persons with learning disabilities; the issues of sexual abuse and of attitudes towards partnership, marriage, and parenthood of persons with learning disabilities are discussed. Attitudes towards sexuality of persons with learning disabilities in the context of social services are presented, with focus on the protocol on sexuality and relationships, education of staff and users in the field of sexuality, and negative attitudes towards sexuality of persons with learning disabilities. The research part was aimed at the identification of attitudes towards sexuality of persons with learning disabilities in the day care center social services. The research took place in day care centers within the Pilsen county; the research methods used included questionnaire, interview, and analysis of documents.
