Protective coatings on wood materilas against specific environmental conditions

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o způsobech ochrany dřeva před napadením biologickými škůdci. Práce je rozdělena do tří základních částí. První část se zaměřuje na dřevo, pojednává především o základních údajích dřeva. Mezi které můžeme zařadit vlastnosti, stavbu a chemické složení dřeva. Druhá části práce se zabývá biologickou degradací dřeva a činiteli, které ji způsobují. Je zde popsán vliv mikroorganismů na dřevo, který je zaměřen na bakterie, dřevokazné houby, dřevokazný hmyz a řasy. Poslední část obsahuje informace o typech ochrany dřeva. Jsou zde popsány metody preventivní ochrany, které se rozdělují suchou a chemickou ochranu. Dále jsou příklady chemických látek používaných v antivegetativních a antifugicidních nátěrech na dřevo.

Abstract:

This bachelor work discusses the ways to protect wood from attack by biological pests. The work is divided into three basic parts. The first part concentrates on the wood, deals primarily with the basic data wood. Between the properties, that we can include, structure and chemical composition of wood. The second part of the work deals with the biological degradation of wood and the factors that cause it. There is described the influence of microorganisms on the wood, which is focused on bacteria, wood decaying fungi, wood-destroying insects and algae. The last section contains information about the types of wood preservation. It describes methods for accident prevention, which are divided dry and chemical protection. The following are examples of chemical substances used in anti-fouling paints and antifungal coatings for wood.
