Jako název mé diplomové práce jsem si zvolil "Kolektivní smlouvy a kolektivní spory", jejím obsahem však nejsou jen instituty zmíněné v názvu práce. Mimo kolektivních smluv a kolektivních sporů jsem se v diplomové práci zabýval i dalšími problémy, které souvisejí s kolektivním pracovním právem. As the name of my diploma paper I chose ¨Collective agreements and collective controversy¨but it’s résumé aren´t just institutes mentioned in the name of my work. Except collective agreement and collective controversy I acted in my diploma paper with another problems, which relate to collective industrial low.
