Determining the Causes of Fires

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuální problematikou z oblasti zjišťování příčin požáru. Práce je rozčleněna na teoretickou část a praktickou část práce. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na základní právní rámec a základní pojmy z oblasti požární ochrany. Dále vymezuje působnost Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky a jednotek požární ochrany. Pojednává o zjišťování příčin požáru a popisuje úkoly vyšetřovatelů požáru, nejčastější příčiny vzniku požáru v České republice a odběr vzorků. Dále pojednává o dokumentaci, technickém ústavu požární ochrany a státním požárním dozoru. Závěrečná kapitola teoretické části hovoří o cílech práce a použitých metodách. Praktická část hovoří o Hasičském záchranném sboru Zlínského kraje a odboru zjišťování příčin požáru na vybrané požární stanici. Dále praktická část pokračuje analýzou rizik v procesu zjišťování příčin požáru a analýzou sil a prostředků vybrané požární stanice Zlín. Závěrečná kapitola praktické části se věnuje návrhu opatření pro zlepšení dané problematiky.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis deals with current issues from the field of identifying the causes of fire. The work is broken down into a theoretical part and practical part of the work. The theoretical part of the work focuses on the basic legal framework and basic concepts in the field of fire protection. In further defines the remit of the Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic and fire protection units. It is about determining the causes of fire and describes the tasks of fire investigators, the most common causes of fire in the Czech Republic and sampling. It also discusses documentation and technical institute of fire protection and state fire control. The final chapter of the theoretical section talks about the aims of the work and the methods used. The practical part speaks about the Fire Rescue Department of the Zlín Region and the Fire Investigation Department at the selected fire station. Furthermore, the practical part continues by analysing the risks in the process of determining the causes of fire and analysing the forces and means of the fire station Zlín. The final chapter of the practical section delas with the draft measures for improving the issue.
