Tato práce se soustředí na modelování délky nezaměstnanosti, respektive pravděpodobnosti získání práce, v České republice v letech 1993 až 2008. Informace o nezaměstnanosti jednotlivců a jejich osobní údaje byly získány z Výběrového šetření pracovních sil a tato data byla doplněna o makroekonomické a regionální ukazatele z veřejně přístupných databází. This work focuses on modeling the duration of unemployment, or, in other words, the probability of getting a job in the Czech Republic between years 1993 and 2008. Information on individuals unemployment and their personal data were obtained from the Labor force survey and were supplemented by macroeconomic and regional indicators from public databases.
