Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na celkový logistický proces v podniku. První část definuje základní pojmy logistiky a její členění. V druhé kapitole je popsáno skladové hospodářství, konkrétně druhy a funkce skladů. Třetí kapitola uvádí důvody a metody pro řízení zásob. The bachelor thesis is focused on the overall logistics process in the company. The first part defines basic concepts of logistics and its division. The second chapter describes the warehouse economy, in particular the types and functions of the warehouses. The third chapter lists the reasons and methods for inventory management.
