Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá tématem sociální ekonomiky a sociální práce. Cílem této práce je podat ucelený obraz o souvislostech těchto témat. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na popis současného sociálního státu, na aktuální trend v sociální práci, kterým je ekonomizace sociální práce. Dále se budeme věnovat popisu konceptu sociální ekonomiky a její součásti, kterou je sociální podnikání.Ve výzkumné části se budeme snažit pomocí kvalitativní výzkumné strategie identifikovat role sociálních pracovníků v sociálních podnicích. Zaměříme se také na to, zda existují nějaká dilemata podnikání v sociální práci.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused a social economy and a social work. The goal of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive picture of the context of these topics. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on the description of the current welfare state and on the current trend in social work, which is the economization of the social work. We will deal with the descritpiton of the concept of the social economy and a part this, which is a social enterprise. In the research section of the thesis we try to identify the role of social workers in social eneterprises with the qualitative research strategy. We also focus on the problem which might appear because of some business dilemmas in the social work.
