Evaluate the effect of bioactive phospholipids in atopic dermatitis

Abstract:

Pro diplomovou práci jsem si zvolila téma, "Ověření efektu bioaktivních fosfolipidů u atopické dermatitidy." Téma jsem si vybrala z důvodu dlouhodobějšího zájmu o tuto problematiku. Popíši a zanalyzuji danou problematiku. Zajímá nás efekt a vliv bioaktivních fosfolipidů u atopické dermatitidy. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů v dermatologii, je zde uvedena anatomie, fyziologie kůže a její zvláštnosti v dětském a dospělém věku, definice atopického ekzému, etiopatogeneze, klinický obraz, léčba, zásady výživy a jiné. Praktická část je zpracována pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu technikou sběru dat dotazníkem. Dvacet oslovených respondentů, kteří se do studie přihlásili, vyplňovali v průběhu léčby dotazníky kvality života s otázkami sledujícími subjektivní pocity v souvislosti s podáváním přípravků Ovosan, Transovosan gel a bylo zaznamenáno i objektivní hodnocení stavu pokožky. Zkoumala jsem náhled respondentů s atopickým ekzémem na Transovosan gel se složkou bioaktivních fosfolipidů. Kvalitativní výzkum jsem zpracovala metodou zúčastněného objektivního pozorování, spočíval v podávání BAF? Ovosan cps a Transovosan gelu. Průběžně se provádělo měření respondentů na přístroji Multi Skin Center MC 1000, kde jsem sledovala rozsah onemocnění, vlhkost kůže, teplotu, erytém, melanin, odlupování buněk kůže (korneocytů), výdej vody z těla TEWL (Transpidermal Water Loss), hloubku poškození, výšku zrohovatění a další parametry. Do výzkumu byli zahrnuti respondenti (dobrovolníci) s atopickou dermatitidou, kteří užívali přípravek Ovosan cps, aplikovali si na postižená místa určený preparát a docházeli na pravidelná měření do laboratoře, kde se hodnotili klinicky subjektivní i objektivní účinky léčby. Výzkum probíhal po dobu šesti měsíců s pěti měřeními v laboratoři Fakulty zdravotnických studií v Plzni za pomoci přístroje Multi Skin Center MC 1000. Jednalo se o naprosto neinvazivním měření. Celkové výsledky byly vyhodnoceny a popsány.

Abstract:

For the thesis I chose the topic, "Verifying the effect of bioactive phospholipids in atopic dermatitis." Theme I chose because of the long-term interest in this issue. I will describe, and analyze the issue. We are interested in the effect and impact of bioactive phospholipids in atopic dermatitis. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on the explanation of basic concepts in dermatolog, there is shown the anatomy and physiology of the skin and its specificity in children and adults, the definition of atopic eczema, etiopathogenesis, clinical features, treatment, and other principles of nutrition . The practical part is processed using quantitative research techniques of data collection questionnaire. Twenty respondents who participated in the study signed, filled during treatment quality of life questionnaire with questions pursuing subjective feelings in connection with the administration of Ovosan, Transovosan gel and were recorded as objective assessment of skin condition. I examined the opinion of respondents with atopic eczema on Transovosan gel bioactive component of the phospholipids. Qualitative research, I compiled by participating objective observation, consisted of administration of BAF ? - Ovosan cps and Transovosan gel. Continuous measurements were respondents to the machine Multi Skin Center MC 1000, I watched the extent of disease, skin moisture, temperature, erythema, melanin, flaking skin cells (corneocytes), supply of water from the body - TEWL (Transpidermal Water Loss), the depth of the damage zrohovatění height and other parameters. The survey included respondents (volunteers) with atopic dermatitis who received Ovosan cps, applied to the affected area and preparation intended for regular measurements in the laboratory, where they evaluated clinically subjective and objective effects of treatment. The research was conducted over a period of six months to five measurements in the laboratory of the Faculty of Health Studies in Pilsen by a machine Multi Skin Center MC 1000th. It was a totally non-invasive measurements. Overall results were evaluated and described.
