Democracy versus Totalitarianism
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je seznámit se s koncepcemi vedení státu od Aristotela a Platóna, jakožto představitelů demokracie a totality. Následně se tyto koncepce porovnají, aby se zjistilo, v čem jsou si podobné a v čem se liší. Text také poukazuje na to, že i přes rozdílnost těchto ideologií, mají podobné kořeny a v určitých oblastech mají shodné rysy.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to become familiar with the concepts of governance from Aristotle and Plato, as representatives of democracy and totalitarianism. Subsequently, these concepts are compared to determine what are their similarities and differences. The text also points out that despite the diversity of ideologies, have similar roots, and in certain areas have similar features.
