Feasibility study of a small retail enterprise

Abstract:

Diplomová práce popisuje dílčí aspekty maloobchodního podnikání malé společnosti, na které nahlíží teoretickými poznatky z podnikání velkých maloobchodních společností. Předkládá strategii podnikání prodejny oděvů v Praze s inovativním obchodním modelem, hodnotí její vnější prostředí a jeho vliv na podnikání v oboru, popisuje postupy řízení dílčích oblastí provozu a hodnotí jeho proveditelnost s využitím analýzy bodu zvratu a předpovědi peněžních toků na základě zvolených kritérií.

Abstract:

This thesis describes the individual aspects of retail entrepreneurship of a small enterprise using the knowledge of large retail entrepreneurs. It introduces the business strategy of a clothing retail shop in Prague with an innovative business model, evaluates the external environment of the enterprise and its influence on the industry, outlines the procedures for managing specific areas of the operation and evaluates the feasibility of the enterprise utilizing a break even analysis and a cash flow forecast based on predefined criteria.
