Tato práce se hlouběji zabývá problematikou vězeňství a výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, zaměřující se zejména na ženy v českém vězeňském systému. That thesis delves into the issues of imprinsonment penalties, with a focus on woman in the Czech prison system. It consists of theoretical and practical sections. The theoretical part explores the history of imprisonment, legal aspects of imprisonment penalties, and the structure of the prison service in the Czech Republic.
