Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá materiální publicitou katastru nemovitostí, což je jedna z nejvýznamnějších zásad fungujícího katastru nemovitostí. Slouží k ochraně osob nabývajících vlastnické právo k nemovitosti v dobré víře, že zapsaný stav v katastru nemovitostí souhlasí se stavem skutečným. This thesis addresses material publicity cadastre, which is one of the most important principles of a functioning land register. It is used to protection of persons acquiring ownership of real property in good faith, that the registered status in the cadastre agrees with the status of the real.
