Legal questions of importing used from the EU in dependence on ecological and tax burden
Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci analyzuji téma, které je spojeno v nemalé míře s členstvím České republiky v Evropské Unii a sice, právní problematiku dovozu nových i ojetých automobilů ze zemí EU. Domnívám se, že toto téma je velmi zajímavé, neboť s dovozem motorových vozidel je spojena celá řada problémů a nedostatků, které bych ve své práci zmínila.
Abstract:
In my thesis I would like to analyse a subject which is greatly con-nected with the membership of the Czech Republic in the Europian Union and that is legal questions of import of new and also used cars from the EU countries.
