Abstract:
This thesis focuses on fictitious founding a Czech restaurant in Leipzig. The thesis mentions the forms that are necessary for the founding of the Czech restaurant in the Federal Republic of Saxony. The focus of the thesis lies in the processing of the business plan, the menu and the drink list.
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fiktivním založením české restaurace v Lipsku. V práci jsou uvedeny formuláře, které jsou nezbytné k zahájení činnosti české restaurace v Sasku. Těžiště mé práce spočívá ve zpracování podnikatelského plánu, jídelního a nápojového lístku.
