Teoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá problematikou „exekuce“ její charakteristikou, historií a vývojem. Dále jsou rozebrány pojmy exekuční titul, exekutor a etický kodex, způsoby vykonávání exekuce, role exekutorské komory a centrální evidence exekucí. The theoretical part of the thesis is dealing with the issue of "execution“ as an act of enforcing a money judgement, its characteristics, history and development.
