Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá řešením blackoutu z pohledu provozovatele distribuční soustavy a výrobců elektrické energie na území okresu Zlín. V rámci práce je využita literární rešerše, která přináší přehled knih a publikací zabývajících se problematikou blackoutu a kritické infrastruktury. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the blackout solution from the perspective of the distribution system operator and electricity producers in the Zlín district. The thesis uses a literature search which provides an overview of books and publications dealing with blackout and critical infrastructure.
