Cílem bakalářské práce je seznámení se s problematikou profesní obrany. Zaměřuje se na související právní prostředí, kterým je nutná obrana a krajní nouze. Uvádí nezbytnou terminologii. The target of this bachelor thesis is introducing the issues of professional defence. This thesis is focused on related legal environment which deals with necessary defence and extreme emergencies.
