Business Continuity Management in Bank
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem a realizací plánů kontinuity podnikání, popisem řešení situace nefunkčního pracoviště Dealingu a Back office pro finanční trhy a popisem řešení situace nefunkčního systému HOB. V závěrečné kapitole jsou dána doporučení pro bankovní sektor, jak zkvalitnit plány kontinuity podnikání.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with a description and analysis of the Business Continuity Plan. It also deals with the solution of a nonfunctional Dealing and Back office workplace situation and with a description of a nonfunctional HOB system situation. In the last chapter the recommendations are given for the bank sphere how to improve the quality of the Business Continuity Plan.
