Creation and Evaluation of Business Plans

Abstract:

The aim of the study was to examine and streamline the process of creating business plans and their evaluation. The business plan is the cornerstone of success for any business. In the first chapter the author after careful study of the issue in the literature compiled the basic concepts necessary to the subject, the basic distribution of enterprises, trade types, the procedure for establishing business enterprise for the individual as well as a limited liability company and mutually compared their advantages and disadvantages. Decision to invest funds into the company it is necessary to have all the necessary documents and information. The theoretical approach is applied in the second chapter in creating a business plan for a real company. Part of the business plan was drawn up a financial plan. The financial plan reflected the author's intention into concrete figures on the potential benefits and costs. It also provided him with a statement as financial projections, which means financial indicators provide insight into the feasibility and profitability of the business plan drawn up. The third chapter offers suggestions for improvement in the last chapter the author states construction and contribution to the art.

Abstract:

Cieľom práce bolo preskúmať a zefektívniť proces tvorby podnikateľských plánov a ich hodnotenia. Podnikateľský plán predstavuje základný kameň úspechu každého podniku. V prvej kapitole autor po dôslednom štúdiu danej problematiky v odbornej literatúre spracoval základné pojmy potrebné k danej problematike, základné rozdelenie podnikov, druhy živností, postup pri založení živnosti pre podnik jednotlivca ako aj pre spoločnosť s ručením obmedzeným a vzájomne porovnal ich výhody a nevýhody. Pre rozhodnutie investovať finančné prostriedky do podnikania je potrebné mať k dispozícii všetky potrebné podklady a informácie. Získané teoretické poznatky sa v druhej kapitole aplikovali do vytvorenia podnikateľského plánu reálneho podniku. Súčasťou vypracovaného podnikateľského plánu bol aj finančný plán. Finančný plán autorovi premietol jeho zámer do konkrétnych číselných údajov o možných výnosoch a nákladoch. Taktiež mu poskytol vyjadrenie v podobe finančnej projekcie, ktorá prostredníctvom finančných ukazovateľov poskytla náhľad na realizovateľnosť a výnosnosť zostaveného podnikateľského plánu. Tretia kapitola prináša návrhy na zlepšenie kvality a v poslednej štvrtej kapitole autor uvádza zhotovenia a prínos k danej problematike.
