Application of attachment theory in managerial practice

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je teoreticko-výzkumná a zabývá se attachment teorií a manažerským jednáním ve firmě, která se zaměřuje na výrobu počítačů a jejich komponentů. První část práce pojednává o teoretických východiskách, která jsou věnována attachment teorii, neboli vazebnému chování, jaké druhy této teorie existují a jak se projevují v našem životě a v životě pracovním. Dále je v teoretické části rozebrano manažerské jednání, chování a styly vedení manažera. A zároveň, je dále zmíněno jaké aspekty ovlivňují nebo mohou ovlivňovat každého zaměstnance ve firmě. Praktická část se zaměřuje na hledání podobností mezi vazebným chováním a jednáním manažera, případně i pracovního zařazení. Na základě výzkumu jsou v analytické části navržena opatření a doporučení pro společnost, v které je průzkum uskutečněn.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is theoretical-research and deals with attachment theory and managerial behavior in a company that focuses on the production of computers and their components. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical basis, which is devoted to attachment theory, or binding behavior, what kinds of this theory exist and how they manifest themselves in our lives and in working life. Furthermore, the theoretical part discusses managerial behavior, behavior and leadership styles of the manager. At the same time, it is further mentioned what aspects affect or may affect every employee in the company. The practical part focuses on finding the similarities between the binding behavior and the behavior of the manager, or job classification. Based on the research, measures and recommendations for the company in which the survey is conducted are proposed in the analytical part.
