Ústřední téma diplomové práce představují motivační faktory. Smyslem a cílem práce byla identifikace jednotlivých motivačních faktorů výchovně vzdělávacího procesu. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části – teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část zahrnuje popis jednotlivých motivačních faktorů, spolu s dalšími jevy, které souvisejí s motivací žáků ZŠ. The central theme of diploma thesis are motivational factors. The purpose and aim was to identify motivational factors in the process of education. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical.
