Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na optimalizaci nákladů ve vybrané společnosti. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy vztahující se k názvu diplomové práce. Analytická část se zabývá oblastí vztahující se k nákladům ve vybrané společnosti. Na základě analytické části jsou navrženy změny, které by měly vést ke snížení nákladů společnosti.
Abstract:
The intent of this diploma thesis is the optimization of expenses of the selected company. The theoretical section defines the terms related to the title of the diploma thesis while the analytical part investigates the expenses of the selected company. The findings in the analytical part form the basis of the recommendations that should lead to a readuction in the comapny's expenses.
