Abstract:
V této práci byla analyzována umělá sladidla pomocí vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie. Cílem bylo ověření přítomnosti sladidel deklarovaných výrobci a jejich kvantifikace. Nejprve byly optimalizovány podmínky HPLC separace s UV detekcí na směsi standardů, zároveň se zjišťovaly retenční charakteristiky jednotlivých sladidel. In this thesis the artificial sweeteners were analysed by high performance liquid chromatography. The aim was to verify the presence of sweeteners declared by producers and their quantification.
