Segmentation of sequencing read by repetitivness and its effect on downstream analyses
Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřila na repetitivní sekvence v krátkých sekvencích z DNA sekvenátorů. Repetice totiž kromě jiného znesnadňují práci s biologickými sekvencemi. Byl vytvořen program, který určuje hranice repeticí a samotné sekvence rozděluje.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on repetitive sequences in short sequences from DNA sequenators. It is that repetitions make work with biological sequences harder. A program that looks for borders of the repetitive elements and splits the sequences was created.
