Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání vztahů mezi odsouzenými matkami a jejich dětmi, které s nimi nejsou společně ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Cílem je analyzovat, jakým způsobem odsouzené matky udržují kontakt se svými dětmi, jak tento kontakt ovlivňuje jejich motivaci k nápravě a jaké jsou dopady odloučení na rodinné vazby. Teoretická část práce poskytuje komplexní přehled o aktuálním stavu ženské kriminality, zahrnující nejen současné poznatky o psychologických a sociálních aspektech vztahu mezi matkou a dítětem v kontextu vězení, ale také rekapitulaci historie nejen ženské kriminality a vývoje souvisejících pojmů. Praktická část je založena na kvantitativním a kvalitativním výzkumu mezi odsouzenými matkami, zahrnujícím dotazníky a rozhovory, které mapují jejich zkušenosti s udržováním kontaktu s dětmi a vnímání tohoto procesu.

Abstract:

The focus of this thesis is to explore the relationships between convicted mothers and their children who are not incarcerated with them. The aim is to analyse how convicted mothers maintain contact with thei children, how this conctact affects their motivation to reform and what the effects of separation are on family relationships. The theoretical part of the thesis provides a comprehensive overview of the current stat of women’s criminality including not only current knowledge on the psychological and social apects of the mother-child relationship in the context of prison, but also a recapitulation of the history of women’s criminality and the development of related concepts. The practical part is based on quantitative and qualitative research amongst convicted mothers, involving questionnaires and interviews to map their experiences of maintaining contact with their children and their perceptions of this process.
