ČSOB’s motivation program during corona virus

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá motivací zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti v době pandemie koronaviru. V první polovině práce je uvedena teoretická část, která se zabývá pojmy motivace, popisuje vybrané motivační faktory, pracovní motivaci, jaké jsou motivační nástroje, motivační program a další pojmy spojené s danou tématikou. V druhé polovině práce, v návaznosti na uvedené pojmy v první části, je provedena analýza vybrané společnosti. Pomocí datové analýzy a dotazníkového šetření jsou zjištěná data analyzována a následně použita pro závěrečná doporučení a návrhy.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the motivation of employees of a selected company during coronavirus pandemic. The theoretical part presented in the first half of the thesis deals with the concepts of motivation and it also describes selected motivational factors, work motivation, what are motivational tools, motivational program and other concepts related to the given topic. In the second half of the thesis, following the concepts mentioned in the first part, an analysis of the selected company is carried out. With the help of a data analysis and a questionnaire survey, the data are obtained and subsequently used for final recommendations and proposals.
