Application of the method concept cartoons in teaching of physics

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá zadáváním úloh pomocí metody concept cartoons v hodinách fyziky na základní škole. V první části práce je vysvětlen princip této metody, způsoby zadávání úloh, a také popsána didaktika tématu "magnetismus". Druhá část práce je zaměřena prakticky, obsahuje soubor úloh, které lze využít ve výuce fyziky pro 6. třídu. Cílem diplomové práce je představit učitelům nejenom metodu concept cartoons, ale také poskytnout ucelenou sbírku pro praktické využití ve vyučování.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the method "Concept cartoons" as a way to assign tasks in the lessons of Physics at the elementary schools. The first part explains the principles of this method, the ways of assigning tasks, and there is described methodology of the topic "Magnetism", too. The second part is practical, it contains a set of exercises which can be used in the lessons of Physics at 6th grade. The target of the thesis is to introduce not only the methodology of "Concept cartoons, but also to give a comprehensive collection of tasks for practical usage in the lessons.
