Evaluation of effectiveness of accounting systems outputs for management and tax optimalization

Abstract:

Předložená práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení efektivity výstupů z účetního systému pro potřeby řízení a navrhuje případná zlepšení a doporučení pro daňovou optimalizaci. V úvodu práce jsou uvedeny hlavní důvody využívání outsourcingu v oblasti účetnictví a daní. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je charakterizován účetní a daňový systém v ČR. Dále jsou vysvětleny postupy tvorby účetní uzávěrky a závěrky a tvorba finanční analýzy. Poslední teoretickou částí je popis účetního software Pohoda. V praktické části jsou popsány dva vybrané podniky, u kterých je nejprve provedena horizontální a vertikální analýza, a poté finanční analýza. Dále jsou porovnány výstupy obou podniků a v závěru jsou navrhnuta opatření na zlepšení zjištěných nedostatků a zajištění finanční efektivity a daňové optimalizace. Práce je doplněna tabulkami, grafy a přílohami. Při zpracování práce byla použita doporučená odborná literatura a účetní výkazy vybraných podniků.

Abstract:

The main reasons for outsourcing in the accounting and tax area was introduced at the beginning. The thesis was devided into two parts, on the theoretical and practical. The accounting system and the tax system in the Czech Republic was described in the first theoretical part. The second part explaines procedures of the financial statements, the financial accounts and the financial analysis. The accounting information software Pohoda was defined in the last theoretical part. Two selected companies are described in the first practical part. Initially was performed the horizontal and vertical analysis and then the financial analysis. The last parst was focused on the financial outputs of the both comapanies and at the end are proposed suitable steps to improved the financial management and the tax optimalization. The thesis was supplemented by figures, charts and enclosures. All the information was obtained from the technical literature and the accounting statements of the selected companies.
