Business plan SME - distribution of automatic parking systems on the basis of master distributorship
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se nejprve v teoretické rovině zaměřuje na strukturu podnikatelského plánu a dále popisuje charakteristiky a specifika podnikání v podobě výhradního obchodního zastoupení. V praktické části práce analyzuje na reálné obchodní společnosti tvorbu podnikatelského plánu a přesný proces realizace podnikatelského záměru, který se snaží napomoci při řešení problematiky "dopravy v klidu".
Abstract:
Thesis first focuses on the theoretical level of the structure of the business plan and describes the characteristics and specifics of the business as a master distributorship. The practical part analyzes on the real firm creating of a business plan and accurate process of implementation of the business plan, which seeks to help resolve the problem of "stationary traffic".
