Abstract:
Tato bakalárská práce se zabývá zjištením informovanosti laické verejnosti o transplantaci ledviny od žijícího dárce. Je rozdelena na cást teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické cásti strucne popisuji anatomii a fyziologii ledvin. Zabývám se chronickým a akutním selháním ledvin, dialyzacní lécbou a zejména se zameruji na problematiku transplantace ledviny. This thesis deals with finding awareness of general public about kidney transplantation from a living donor. It si divided into theoretical and pracical part. In the theoretical part I describe the anatomy and physiology of the kidney in brief.
