Transfer of Institutional Elements into the Lives of Clients in the Process of Transformation of Social Services

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce má za cíl odpovědět na otázku, v jakém kontextu dochází k přenosu ústavních prvků do života klientů v procesu transformace sociálních služeb. Abychom lépe pochopili problematiku ústavních prvků, zaměřili jsme se v teoretické části na ústavní charakter sociálních služeb a jejich obyvatele, což jsou pro naši práci lidé s mentálním postižením. Poté jsme si objasnili prostřednictvím odborných textů transformaci služeb v jejich dnešní moderní typ. V praktické části jsme zkoumali, zda a jak se ústavní prvky přenáší do nového pojetí sociálních služeb. Využili jsme zakotvené teorie, která nám pomohla objasnit, proč k přenosu ústavnosti dochází.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis aims to answer the question in what context is the transfer of institutional elements into the lives of clients in the process of transformation of social services. In order to better understand the issue of constitutional elements, we focused in the theoretical part on the constitutional nature of social services and their inhabitants, which are people with mental disabilities for our work. Then we clarified through professional texts the transformation of services into their modern type. In the practical part, we examined whether and how constitutional elements are transferred to the new concept of social services. We used grounded theories to help explain why the transfer of constitutionality is taking place.
