Vesna Association in Brno and its Buildings in the Epoch of the Historicism
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá architekturou 19. století, konkrétně třemi budovami, které si nechal postavit brněnský spolek Vesna. Ústřední část práce je zaměřena na podrobnější popis, a to především z hlediska uměleckohistorického, a na charakteristiku stylů. Dále se práce věnuje historii spolku Vesna a také architektu Dušanu Jurkovičovi, který pracoval pro spolek Vesna.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the architecture of the nineteenth century, particularly with three buildings, which were built by Vesna Association, Brno. The main part is focused on more detailed description, especially from the aspect of art history, and on characteristics of its styles.
