Abstract:
Diplomová práce řeší problematiku ochrany obyvatelstva za nouzového stavu. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy vztahující se k tématu pro lepší orientaci v odborném textu. Dále je zde obsažena platná legislativa, která se váže k tématu a jsou zde i popsány jednotlivé krizové stavy. The Master Thesis addresses the issue of the population protection during the State of Emergency. In the theoretical part of the thesis the basic concepts, which are closely related to the topic, are explained in order to facilitate the orientation in a technical text.
