Anotace Účelem práce je zanalyzovat alokační systém státních účelových fondů na vzorku vybraného státního fondu s ohledem na odbornou literaturu a příslušnou dokumentaci a prověřit, jakým způsobem probíhá alokace zdrojů z hlediska kritérií hospodárnosti, efektivnosti a účelnosti. Purpose of the thesis lies in analysis of allocation system of state funds. The State fund of environment of Czech Republic has been chosen for analysis. It has been providing enough relevant documents for executing the analysis.
