Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku vedení ošetřovatelské dokumentace na porodním sále. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část výzkumnou. V teoretické části se zabývám zdravotnickou dokumentací, ošetřovatelskou dokumentací, legislativou a ošetřovatelským výzkumem.
