Business plan for a mobile and web application development

Abstract:

Cílem práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro startup MONFIT a jeho stejnojmennou aplikaci nabízející uživatelům kompletní nastavení a správu životního stylu za účelem optimalizace jejich psychického i fyzického zdraví. Podnikatelský plán slouží k ověření realizovatelnosti podnikatelského záměru. Součástí podnikatelského plánu je rovněž analýza použitých technologií z hlediska praktičnosti a udržitelnosti. Důležitou součástí je marketingový plán, který je úzce spjat s následným úspěchem či neúspěchem celého projektu. Práce následně představuje konkrétní nezbytné kroky k získání stabilního místa na trhu.

Abstract:

The aim of the work is to compile a business plan for the startup MONFIT and its mobile application bearing the same name offering users a complete setup and management of their lifestyle in order to optimize their mental and physical health. The business plan is written in order to verify the feasibility of the business plan. The business plan also includes an analysis of the technologies used in terms of practicality and sustainability. An important part is the marketing plan, which is closely linked to the subsequent success or failure of the entire project. The thesis then presents the specific necessary steps to gain a stable place in the market.
