Management of receivables in selected business

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá vznikem pohledávek a zaměřím se na různé druhy řízení pohledávek. Větší pozornost budu věnovat předcházení vzniku pozdě hrazených pohledávek. Práce je věnována konkrétní společnosti a podrobně prozkoumává její přístup k řízení pohledávek. Pro analýzu vzniku, způsobu a ukončení pohledávek je nutné přiblížit celé tržní prostředí firmy. Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce je popsat a z analyzovat systém řízení pohledávek ve vybrané firmě. Jako dílčí cíl mohu na základě zjištěných informací nabídnout firmě možná doporučení pro zlepšení v oblasti prevence a řízení rizikových pohledávek. Po zjištění všech potřebných informací jsem došel k závěru, že stávající systém firmy EM je dostačující. Při diskuzích s kredit manažerem jsem měl vždy dojem, že firma vynakládá na řízení pohledávek dostatek prostředků a uvědomuje si důležitost této činnosti. Mé doporučení společnosti EM spočívá v zařazení telefonického/osobního jednání viz. Kapitola č. 5.

Abstract:

The work deals with the emergence of debts and I will focus on various types of receivables management. I will pay more attention to the prevention of late paid debts. The work is devoted to a specific company and closely examines its approach to receivables management. To analyze the origin, nature and termination of claims it is necessary to closely examine the whole market environment of the company. The main aim of my thesis is to describe and analyze the system of debt management in selected company. I as an intermediate destination on the basis of the information the company may offer recommendations for improvements in the prevention and management of risk receivables. After finding all the information I needed I came to the conclusion that the current system is sufficient for the EM company. In discussions with the credit manager, I always had the impression that the company spends sufficient funds on claims management and recognizes the importance of this activity. My recommendation to EM company consists of including a phone / personal meeting see Chapter No. 5.
