Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o vyrovnávání se s bolestí po rozchodu pomocí pobytu v přírodě. Teoretická část se zabývá vztahovými specifiky mladé dospělosti, rozchodem, jakožto krizovou situací v životě mladého dospělého a ekoterapií, coby prostředkem pro vyrovnání se s bolestí duše. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on coping mechanisms for grief and loss of a romantic relationship in connection with time spent in nature. The theoretical part defines the relationship specifics in young adulthood, describes break up as a critical situation in the life of a young adult and introduces ecotherapy as a means of coping with the pain of the soul.
