Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámit se s problematikou přestupků, které se vyskytují v rámci silniční dopravy. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se práce zabývá pojmem přestupek, typy přestupků v silniční dopravě a příslušnými sankcemi za ně.
