Data Harmonization Terms for Emergency Management
Abstract:
Práce vymezuje pojem harmonizace dat a popisuje podmínky pro ni na globální, kontinentální a regionální úrovni. Na základě těchto zjištění je analyzováno využití harmonizace v konkrétních projektech. Dále jsou zhodnoceny možnosti aplikace ontologií při harmonizaci geografických informací. Hlavním bodem práce je vytvoření ontologie pro export dat z databáze v případě krizové události.
Abstract:
This paper defines the term data harmonization and describes conditions for it on global, continental and regional level. On the basis of this survey the use of harmonization in particular projects is analysed. Furthermore, possibilities of ontology aplication in geoinformation harmonization are assessed.
