Abstract:
Tato práce na téma Rozhodčí doložky a judikatura soudů nás seznámí s pojmem rozhodčí doložka, a jejím použitím v praxi. Zaměřuji se na zpracování zákonů a veškerých právních úprav spojených s problematikou rozhodčího řízení. Informace jsou zpracovány tak, aby pojem rozhodčí doložka byla napsána co nejsrozumitelněji.
Abstract:
This work with topic The Arbitration Clause And The Jurisprudence of The Courts will introduce the concept of an arbitration clause, and its application in practice. I focus on the processing of laws and regulation related to the issue of arbitration. The informations are processed in order to the concept of the arbitration clause was explained comprehensible.
