Cílem této práce je definovat faktoring jako službu, která je poskytována specializovanými subjekty. Podstata této služby je založena na odkupu krátkodobých pohledávek před splatností. The objective of this work is define factoring as servise, which is provided by specialized subjects. Principle of this service is based on premature redemption of claims. Factoring has various modifications (regression and without recourse), which differ mainly in the approach to the risk of non-payment of the claim.
