Business Reorganization of on Airline

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je reorganizace letecké společnosti. Důvodem je aktuálnost tohoto tématu, které je v posledních letech čím dál více skloňováno v souvislosti s dopady ekonomické krize na řadu podniků. Důvodem pro realizaci reorganizačních opatření je nutnost zkvalitnit, zjednodušit a zefektivnit fungování uvnitř firmy s ekonomickými a organizačními dopady. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé fáze reorganizace od počátečních příznaků krize, vlastní proces reorganizace jak z pohledu finančního, tak z pohledu nefinančního. Dále teorie pojednává o organizaci a organizování, popisuje druhy nejčastěji používaných organizačních struktur a problematiku jejich tvorby. V druhé části práce jsou řešeny problémy reorganizace zkoumané společnosti v současných podmínkách s ohledem na její budoucí vývoj. Cílem této práce je identifikovat potenciální možnosti optimalizace organizační struktury a personálních procesů zkoumané společnosti, analýza pracovních činností s ohledem na další vývoj a podnikatelský růst společnosti.

Abstract:

The subject of this Bachelor's thesis is the reorganization of an airline company. The reason behind the choossing this topic is due to high implementation rates for reorganization in recent years because of the economic crisis on a variety of businesses. The idea for implementing reorganization measures, is for the purposes to improve, simplify and streamline the daily operation within the company within regards to economic and organizational impacts. The theoretical part describes the individual phases of the reorganization, from the early symptoms of the crisis to the actual process of reorganization in terms of both financial and non-financial. The second part of the thesis deals with problems that arise from the reorganization of the inspected company in the current conditions with regard to its future development. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the organization and the organizing, describing the most commonly used types of organizational structures and problems of their creation.The aim of this work is to identify potential opportunities for optimization of the organizational structure and personal processes of the inspected company, with the focus of analysis on work activities with regard to the future development and business growth of the company.
