Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá efektivitou práce středisek výchovné péče z pohledu zaměstnanců. V teoretické části je vymezeno, kdo jsou děti s poruchami v chování, dětská delikvence, charakteristika dětí středisek výchovné péče, střediska výchovné péče. Praktická část je věnována výzkumnému šetření, které bylo realizováno metodou dotazování a použitým nástrojem byl dotazník. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, zda jsou střediska výchovné péče efektivní a jak se pracovníkům daří cíle středisek naplňovat.

Abstract:

The dissertation deals with the effectiveness of the work of educational care centers from the perspective of employees. The theoretical part defines who are the children with behavioral disorders, the child delinquency, the characteristics of children educational centers, the educational care centers. The practical part is devoted to a research survey, which was implemented by the method of questioning and the tool used was a questionnaire. The main goal of this dissertation is to find out whether the educational care centers are effective and how the workers manage to meet the goals of the centers.
