ANOTACE Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku mentoringu v intenzivní péči pohledem mentora. Základem práce je výzkumné šetření probíhající formou kvalitativní výzkumné metody prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s mentorkami pracujícími na třech pracovištích intenzivní péče. ANNOTATION The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of mentoring in intensive care from the perspective of a mentor.
