Abstract:
Práce se zabývá charakteristikou mikroorganismů a mikrobiálních kultur využívaných v potravinářském průmyslu. Cílem práce je vystihnout trendy ve využití mikrobiálních kultur v potravinářském průmyslu.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with characterization of microorganisms and microbial cultures commonly used in the food industry. The aim of the thesis is to depict the trends in using microbial cultures in the food industry.
