Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je zlepšení výuky žáků se specifickými poruchami učení vybranými metodami formativního hodnocení. Teoretická část nejdříve prezentuje definice specifických poruch učení a jejich charakteristické elementy. Dále je diskutováno hodnocení, motivace, zpětná vazba a formativní hodnocení. Problémy žáků se specifickými poruchami učení, které zažívají při anglickém jazyce, a problémy hodnocení mladých žáků jsou vysvětleny. Vybranými metodami formativního hodnocení jsou portfolio, sebehodnocení, hodnocení spolužáka a slovní hodnocení. V praktické části je popsána případová studie zaměřená na dva žáky se specifickými poruchami učení. Použití vybraných metod v běžných hodinách anglického jazyka je vysvětleno v případové studii. S rodiči žáků se specifickými poruchami učení byli vedeny rozhovory, žáci celé třídy byli pozorování během formativního hodnocení a také byly rozdány dotazníky všem žákům celé třídy ke sesbírání informací o metodách.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is the improvement of teaching and learning of learners with specific learning differences by selected formative assessment methods. In the theoretical part, firstly defining specific learning differences and their characteristic elements are presented. Secondly, the assessment, motivation, feedback, and formative assessment are discussed. Thirdly, the problems the learners with specific learning difficulties encounter in English language are explained as well as the problems of assessment of young learners. The selected formative assessing methods are portfolio, self-assessment, peer assessment and verbal assessment. In the empirical part, a case study is described, aimed at two learners with specific learning differences. The selected assessment methods and their application in the regular English lessons are explained in the case study. The parents of the learners with specific learning differences were interviewed, all the learners of the class were observed during the formative assessment, and the questionnaires were distributed to all the learners of the class to collect information about the methods.
