Abstrakt V úvodu bakalářské práce byly zmíněny důvody výběru tématu bakalářské práce a její cíle. Práce se zabývá operativním plánováním výroby při řízení středně velké soukromé firmy. V první teoretické části popisuji plánování obecně. Dále podrobněji popisuji operativní management a následně operativní plánování.
