The diploma thesis deals with the issue of social entrepreneurship in tourism and tourism in Slovakia, focusing on the possibilities of employment of disadvantaged in the labor market. Diplomová práca rozoberá problematiku sociálneho podnikania v cestovnom ruchu a turizme na Slovensku, pričom sa zameriava na možnosti pri zamestnávaní znevýhodnených na trhu práce.
