Abstract:
V bakalářské práci je popsána definice intabulační zásady v katastru nemovitostí, její vývoj a způsob projevu při zápisech věcných práv do katastru nemovitostí.
Abstract:
In my bachelor's thesis I have described a definition of intabulation rule in real estate cadastr, its evolution and rules of recording of real estate rights into the cadastrial register.
